The Complete Package

90 mins

A well-crafted fusion practice, which will be hard to resist by yogis. Experience the blend of meditation, Yin, Chanting, Vinyasa and much more. The Complete package offers a strong and grounding flow with elements of yin towards the end of the practice. It circles around pranayama (breathwork) and mantra (chanting) to create a warm awareness within the self.

Flow & Align

60 mins

A very mindful practice where you’d be instructed on alignment as per your body. A delight to beginners and coming home to seasoned practitioners. This class focuses on bringing awareness in postures through breath and lining up the body. A medium-paced practice, Flow and Align brings an easy-to-follow flow to improve flexibility of the body and mind.

Shakti Flow

60 mins

A fast paced practice stimulating your heart and circulation just enough to let you experience a complete cardiovascular movement. Shakti Flow will help you build endurance while pumping your heart and making you sweat. This practice also works with breath-awareness to gracefully transition from one posture into the other.

Flow & Yin

60 Mins

With these quirky moves, enjoy our Flow and Yin practice fusion. Helps connect movement with both mind and body, helping us to strengthen, lengthen and tone muscles in a mindful way. Tailored to suit all levels and abilities and can help with core stability, balance, coordination and mind-body awareness.

Mindful Flow to Restoration:

60 Mins

A slow, spacious class where movement and yoga is used to release tension in the body and de-stress, concluding with some restorative practices. Open to all students including beginners and those recovering from injury. Come with a curious and playful intent and be prepared to go home feeling rested and relaxed.

Hot Flow & Release

60 mins

A specially crafted yoga practice in a heated room (~30 C) offering a sync of mind, body and breath through yoga asanas without any weight-bearing on shoulders. Imagine there are no down dogs, planks or chaturangas yet you’ll feel energized and stimulated. The cherry on the cake will be an exploration to ease tight muscles towards the end of the class.

Hot Yoga

60 mins

Experience the traditional Hatha Yoga postures and pranayama (breathwork) in the heated ambience of the shala at 38 degrees celsius. With 26 postures to explore within the practice, Hot Yoga promotes balance, stamina and a sense of grounding in both the body and mind. The heat also deeply cleanses the skin making it suitable to release toxins.

Restorative Yoga

60 mins

Why Restorative Yoga? When life moves fast, so do our minds. We can feel overwhelmed and tired. Our nervous system becomes overstimulated. In restorative yoga, bolsters, blankets & blocks are used to encourage you to still your mind, and release muscular tension with shapes held for up to 10 minutes. As your body stretches and your breath deepens, you’ll find your body relax deeply, balancing your nervous and immune systems. Improving your capacity to balance and heal.

Pilates

60 Mins

Pilates connects movement with both mind and body, helping us to strengthen, lengthen and tone muscles in a mindful way. Pilates can be tailored to suit all levels and abilities and can help with core stability, balance, coordination and mind-body awareness.

Slow Flow

60 mins

A slow vinyasa practice which gives you enough sweetness and momentum to flow through the asanas while creating a tangy zest of strength and vitality. Discover the length in your body by holding postures for a bit longer within a slow-paced flow. This practice uses body weight to strengthen and tone the muscles. Ideal for bringing freshness and energy into self.

Yin Yoga

60 Mins

Enjoy the delicious longer supported holds. This class aims at stimulating fascial system, connective tissues and ligaments. It opens the pathways for you to find the new dimensions of your brain and body. Yin yoga stabilizes the energies that flow through our body and restores our ability to bring balance into our energetic lives, also known as Yang. This calming, self-explorational class is suitable for all ages and conditions despite any prior experience in yoga.
